Using Focus Pads
Focus pads are held by a coach or training partner to give the athlete a moving target for punches and combinations. Keep a slight bend in the elbows, meet the punch with a small amount of resistance and move the pads to call combinations. Both the trainer and the athlete should wear appropriate gloves and hand protection.
Care Instructions
Wipe the pads clean with a damp cloth after training and let them air-dry. Store them away from direct sunlight to protect the outer material.
